Paying for Online Classes

There are many forms of financial assistance available to students.  The Financial Aid Office at your home college is there to assist you with the application process or to direct you to the appropriate office or agency.

You need to start the financial aid process several weeks prior to the start of the term in which you wish to receive student aid.   It is also important that to pay close attention to application deadlines.

Tuition & Fees

Tuition bills or statements are generated by the Business Office or Cashier's Office at the student's home college.

Students are responsible for making arrangements for payment prior to the start of each term.  If you are not aware of how to pay your tuition bill, please contact the Business Office at your home college.

In addition to tuition, students may be charged a Digital Content/eTextbook fee for some courses.  This fee is assessed by your college and students may not need to purchase any other textbooks, access codes or course materials.
